Absolutely! Confidentiality is at the core of our company principles. We can provide a confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement written by our company (LINK) or we can sign one provided by our client. Either way, we want our clients to be confident that any information that is disclosed to us as part of the language services we offer will stay confidential with us unless we receive explicit permission from the client.
Most of the time, professional translators and interpreters do receive formal education at the undergraduate and/or graduate level. This specialized training gives them the experience and technical education about how the industry works. However, not all of our translators have received specific education in translation. Sometimes, they are simply very talented linguists that have a specialization in another field such as law, medicine or engineering.
We are always looking for qualified, experienced translators with a variety of language combination capacities. We are particularly interested in candidates with specific professional areas of expertise (medicine, law, transportation, etc…). Please visit our Careers page to learn more.

We also take into consideration the type of equipment that is required (headsets, booths, microphones, etc…).
